FAQs
e-Bulk, or electronic Bulk, is a system used primarily in the UK for the electronic submission of Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks on behalf of registered bodies (RB’s). It allows RB’s to submit multiple DBS check applications in bulk, rather than individually, which can save time and streamline the process. This system is particularly useful for large RB’s that need to process a high volume of checks.
As a registered body, you would still countersign the checks. This is a requirement of a registered body and cannot be done by any other organisation.
We will initially discuss your requirements, once we have those, we would then request a copy of your current user hierarchy to import into our system. We would then review the setup with you, before issuing logins to your clients. The process can take as little as a week to onboard.
No, our pricing is based on checks only. Any setup or helpdesk support options are inclusive free of charge.
